Our small group classes are limited to 4-8 participants to ensure everyone receives personal attention and proper form correction. This is much smaller than typical gym classes which can have 20-50+ people.
All fitness levels are welcome. Our trainers provide modifications for every exercise, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you'll get an appropriate challenge. We'll help you progress at your own pace.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel. We provide all the equipment needed for class. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session.
